Shipping and returns

All prices are listed in Euros, inclusive of VAT, but exclude shipping costs.

For orders within the Netherlands, we ship within 2-4 business days, and shipping costs are €5.95 per order.

We also ship to all countries within the European Union, with shipping costs set at €12.95. Delivery times within the EU typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you have 14 days to return it. Here’s how:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@lookatyue.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
2. Return Approval: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address via email.
3. Package Your Item: Securely package your item and include a note with your name and order number.
4. Ship the Item Back: Return the item to us using the address provided in our email. You may choose your preferred shipping method. We recommend keeping proof of shipment for your records. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and transfer the funds back to you.
